Is that volvo b9r sleeper?? Some tv channels showed original bus as veera sleeper(AL)

This has 3 Axles.
34 people onboard.
B9R has battery below driver seat and Diesel tank in first luggage compartment. This is probable cause for bus to catch fire.
B11R has Diesel tank in last compartment and battery at the end.

Does any travels allow 2 Check-in bags from hyderabad to bangalore(each 20 kgs around) and we are 2 persons. I do see all travels specifying 15kgs only. so just wanted to check. From redbus i see rajesh volvo sleeper allows 20kgs. But i don't see any info on their website.
Also if i need to pay more how much will be extra ?
Trying to book sleeper bus.

I suggest KSRTC Ambaari Dream Class. limit is 15kg per person.
You may be charged Extra if crew figures it out. Else you get to travel with no charge.

I just saw at VRL Website, their Volvo Services have been replaced on Multiple Routes by AC Sleeper:
  1. Hyderabad - Goa
  2. Hyderabad - Mangaluru
  3. Hyderabad - Kolhapur
  4. Bangalore - Goa
  5. Mumbai - Goa

I just checked only 13 routes have Volvo Multi Axle Sleeper [11] and Semisleeper [02], spread across
  1. Bangalore - Mumbai
  2. Bangalore - Ahmedabad
  3. Bangalore - Nashik & Shirdi
  4. Bangalore - Belgavi
  5. Pune - Nagpur
So only 30 Volvo Multi-axle buses are operational, so. nearly 100 Volvo Multi-axle buses which were operational are not operational these days.
Are they stuck for conversion to sleeper or being scrapped?
The Younger generation wishes now to travel in Sleeper buses, so there are very few takers for Semisleeper buses. Trend is shifting.

So, KSRTC is the king in terms of fleet size Maximum Muti-axle Semi Sleepers & Sleepers!!
Followed by Orange Travels.

Add Bangalore Visakhapatnam Volvo B11R which us running from past 10years by VRL. All Volvo B11R must have completed 20lacs km so must have rested. Same is with SRS have to see what's their next move in luxury bus segment.
