First of all i thank all of you at bcm .valuabe info and inspiring blogs have helped me a lot in completing my first road trip to leh ( pune to leh 12 may 15 to 3 june 15) it was The best exp and dream come true .Me ,my sweatheart wife and her brother completed the journey of 6700 kms in Nissan Terreno.thanks again.
now i am planning to to Bhutan in feb or march 16. by road from pune.problem is Nissan is owned by my brother in law and he wont be able to come.
I am thinking of buying maruti gypsy second hand and modify it to some extend.
question is
will it be comfortable for long drive (about 7000km),are there any other problems with this car.pls advice

Sure you can take your brother in law's car to Bhutan, if he allows it.:p:p

All you need is a letter of authorization from him. It has to have the chassis and engine number, his and your photograph and a copy of any photo ID ( preferably Voters Card or Passport) of your BIL. That's all.

And for a place like Bhutan, there is no real need for any kind of modifications to your ride. Gypsy has more than enough GC to handle the terrain there.

I have no knowledge of what a truly good car is and I am looking forward to people guiding me through this lol. I hope that there will be some people who will be willing to talk about what cars they are passionate about because I love reading stuff like that. I am interested in vehicles which is great to see if you are staying here because of the people who are talking here. I hope that I can continue being here because I have a good feeling that they will have solid arguments and reviews for the cars lol
