Bokeh depends on three things mainly, 1. The focal length , longer the better, 2. The aperture , wider the better and 3. Distance between the camera and the subject ( closer the better) as well as the distance between the subject and the background ( farther the better).
Your kit lens is not famous for pleasing bokeh but yes acceptable result may be achieved. I assume you are shooting a friend's portrait. Follow the steps :-
1. Make him stand at a place where there is uniform background ( like a wall with hedge )and the ensure that the friend is standing quite far from it.
2. Come as close to your friend as the camera permits ( minimum focusing distance ).
3. Set your lens to 55 mm and you camera to aperture priority, set metering to matrix.
4. Set aperture as wide as possible .
5. Focus on the eyes and press the shutter.
6.Check the LCD ;-)

Thanku Sir,

Will go with D5200.....
Sorry sir, i will again asking the question to you...... I think to learn basic concepts of photography from my friend as he is a good photographer and member of this page also ... or go with some photography course??..

Thanku bhaji for the help.... will go with D5200
Learn whatever way you prefer. If your friend is a knowledgeable photographer, learning from him one to one will be best.

Thats the first thing every new photographer asks or intends to do !
Those who know the term, say ' i want to do bokeh', and those who dont know this term, say ' i want the background blur.' :)

I did tell you, read about Exposure Triangle and the DoF in my previous post.
That would help you understand not just the 'bokeh', but many things more about photography !
(.... nowadays, with some really good softwares out there, its even possible to mimic the bokeh effect via a few mouse clicks which are surprisingly good, and without having used any equipment or techniques. and this is what i'm talking about the post processing potential that i mentioned earlier too ! ;) )

ps- somnath pretty well outlined the easy and quick outline for you !
