Needs here a few inputs
1. Should we add a previously boiled milk to carrots or can we add the raw (unboiled) milk to it.

Universal Rule and almost without exceptions :

If you are adding milk, boil it first, otherwise if it curdles in the dish, you had it.

In the same breath, if you have to use more than 1 egg in any mix/dish, break one egg each in a separate katori/bowl , if it is fine add to the mix/dish and repeat the process otherwise you may loose the whole mix by adding the rotten egg.
