Wow, that's an aggressive and adventurous plan. All the very best RT Sir.

BTW, I could see Chushul also, is ILP being issued for this route?
As of now not sure if ILP being issued,
will see what happens on the ground.
being and ex Fuji, lets hope they let me through, along with my friends,
otherwise will turn back.

Sir, Pangong 3 days back my friend had returned from there, too many tourists he complained about.

But i guess if you are coming from Tangtse side through Chushul should not be difficult and can touch either Mahe or Nyoma from any side.

We did it while coming back from Hanle and went via Nyoma route to Chushul and onwards to Man Merak and the army guy was surprised when we reached his post but he let us in and onwards.

Regarding Covid protocol he was checked at Karu,Purne,Kargil on his journey.

Day 3, Jispa onwards will be all the adventure, keep some time for managing road closures towards Shinkula. When I rode there in July 1st week, the dozers were working about 10km before the pass on road widening. They close the road for couple of hours in slots and then open for some time to allow vehicles cross.

You'll get full tarmac upto 28km from Darcha towards Shinkula. Last 10-11km is kachha and accent to top is full of boulders like we have at Sach pass.

Enjoy the journey RT Sir, Cheers...

Many thanks.

We are doing RT PCR test in Gurgaon to enter Ladakh from Shinku La side, which will be the 4th day, (92 hours validity),
do you mean we have to do the test again to show validity at Kargil ? which is crazy.

Sir if you will be leaving towards Srinagar, then they would ask,if not no worries, in my friend's case(his RT PCR report had expired because he too came via manali) personally the policeman just asked him where he was going( Ans : srinagar) and how much time he would be staying there (Ans : one night) and off he was let go, so its a little grey zone sir,but still must take precaution.
